Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a related field. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting our account managers in managing client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist account managers in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to effectively support client accounts - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey information to clients
