Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Support Officer to join our team at Altitude Games in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Assist in managing and updating client accounts - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues - Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
