Account Support Officer

Job Description:

MadEats is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time position is suited for an associate-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or financial services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in processing invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts - Prepare financial reports and analysis for management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Provide support to the accounting team as needed - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Independent and hardworking personality traits
