Job Description:
Olivia is seeking a confident and passionate Account Support Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in account management. The Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to the account management team, assisting in managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client accounts by communicating with clients, updating account information, and addressing any client inquiries or concerns. 2. Provide support to the account management team by assisting in the development of account strategies and monitoring account performance. 3. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal use. 4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of new clients to the account management team. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 6. Help identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the account management process. 7. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements: 1. A confident and passionate individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of account management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas to the team. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
