Job Description - Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


PearlPay is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner. 2. Assist with account management tasks, including creating and updating client accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. 4. Provide support to clients during onboarding and training processes, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, escalating any issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall client experience and retention. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
