Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Cropital is looking for a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team. This position will be based in Makati, NCR, PH, and will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their accounts - Process account transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies - Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of new account support procedures - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Adaptable and driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Excellent people management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
