Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team at Taxumo. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients in managing their tax obligations efficiently. This is a part-time role located in Taguig, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the tax filing process. 2. Assist in gathering and organizing client tax documents and information for tax preparation. 3. Collaborate with the tax team to ensure accurate and timely tax filings for clients. 4. Maintain client records and files in an organized manner. 5. Assist in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve tax processes and client experience. 6. Act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. 7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or tax support roles. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications. 7. Innovation and creativity in problem-solving. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 9. Ability to travel for client visits when required. 10. Must be dedicated and hardworking.
