Cropital, a fast-growing agricultural financing company based in Manila, is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated and resourceful, with excellent decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to address account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Assist clients in navigating the Cropital platform and troubleshoot any technical difficulties. 3. Process account updates, withdrawals, and deposits in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth account management processes. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to make quick and effective decisions to resolve customer inquiries. 4. Proficient in using computers and technology. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Willingness to work remotely and independently.
