Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support Representative to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals at the entry level with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and assisting with various account management tasks.

Responsibilities: - Assist with order processing, invoice generation, and tracking shipments - Communicate with clients and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for account retention and growth - Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and market analysis - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions on account management best practices - Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements: - Resilient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
