Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines in Manila, NCR. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts and ensuring customer needs are met - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any inquiries or concerns - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Monitor account activity and track key performance metrics - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
