Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Sprout Solutions. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients remotely from our office in Quezon City, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide technical support for our products and services. 3. Assist clients with account management tasks such as setting up accounts, updating information, and processing payments. 4. Collaborate with our sales and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and provide timely updates.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or account support. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. A high level of adaptability to respond to changing customer needs. 4. Demonstrated leadership skills to guide clients through complex issues. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
