Account Support Representative

Job Description:

As an Account Support Representative at Kumu, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and resilient, with a strong ability to cooperate and engage in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account-related inquiries and issues - Provide support and guidance on the use of our platform and services - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Collect feedback from clients to improve our offerings and customer experience - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
