Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


PLDT, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to work from home in Pasig, NCR. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, confident, detail-oriented, and looking to gain experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and account maintenance - Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner - Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup - Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
