Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and convenience while working from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess a resilient and energetic personality, along with strong attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, products, and services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
