Job Description:
Xepto Computing is seeking a passionate and resilient Account Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Conduct regular client outreach to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies.
Requirements: 1. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. 2. Excellent planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple client requests. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience using CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
