As an Account Support Specialist at AllCare, located in Manila, NCR, Philippines, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their account needs. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with a driven and resourceful personality. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and innovation skills to effectively support our clients' accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients regarding account inquiries and issues. 2. Assist in creating and maintaining client accounts accurately in the system. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met. 4. Help clients navigate our products and services to maximize their account potential. 5. Monitor account activity and address any discrepancies or concerns promptly. 6. Work closely with internal teams to address any client account-related issues. 7. Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Strong negotiation and innovation skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. 8. Knowledge of financial and account management principles. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
