Account Support Specialist

Wilcon Depot is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Accounting team in managing accounts receivable and payable - Assist in preparing financial reports and statements - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data - Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting issues - Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a retail or construction industry is a plus
