Account Support Specialist

AQWIRE is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels. 2. Assist clients with account-related inquiries and concerns. 3. Process account transactions accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. 5. Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. 7. Track and report on client account performance metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. 3. Strong planning and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Prior experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a plus.
