Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Enter and maintain accurate client information in the database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support account management efforts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
