Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Expedock is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess the personality traits of being adaptable and resourceful, as well as strong soft skills in decision-making and research.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any account-related issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Conduct research to gather information and insights to better support client needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive account growth


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in account support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
