Account Support Specialist

Job description:

Wilcon Depot is looking for a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the accounting department in various tasks such as data entry, filing, and reconciliations - Assist with financial reporting and analysis - Communicate with clients to resolve any account-related issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve processes - Utilize emotional intelligence to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues - Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations with tact and empathy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel - Flexible schedule to work part-time hours as needed
