Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Taxumo, a leading tax preparation software company, is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the accounting and finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to Taxumo users via email and chat - Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Conduct thorough research to resolve complex user issues - Communicate effectively with users to ensure a positive experience with our product - Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve technical issues

Requirements: - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong research skills to investigate and resolve user inquiries - Excellent communication skills to interact with users in a professional and helpful manner - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in English and Filipino languages - Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
