Remote Account Support Specialist

Expedock is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by supporting their account management needs. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and be able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team. Additionally, the successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

In addition to the skills and experience mentioned above, the following qualifications are required for this position:

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide account management support to clients - Resolve customer issues and complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
