Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


AllCare is seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support and account management services to our clients. This is a work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client accounts, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. - Assist with account onboarding and offboarding processes. - Track and report on client interactions and feedback. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to change.
