Job Description:


Sprout Solutions is looking for a motivated and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the field.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide support to the account management team in implementing strategies to optimize client relationships - Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure a seamless transition into our system - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful problem solvers who can think outside the box to find solutions to client issues - Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Proficiency in using computer applications and software for account management and client support
