Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team at Globe Telecom in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, with strong research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our products and services - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Updating customer accounts with relevant information - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Research and analysis skills
