Job Description:
Workbean is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This role will require excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, requests, or feedback. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. 6. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. 8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 5. Previous experience working in a call center environment is a plus. 6. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Must be comfortable using phone systems and handling a high volume of calls.
