Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Assistant at our location in Quezon City, NCR, PH. The Call Center Assistant will primarily be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders or scheduling appointments. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality. 3. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
