Job Description:
Zalora Philippines is looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring no prior experience. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone or online chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels. 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 5. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database. 6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation. 7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve company objectives. 9. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: 1. Motivated and confident individual with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively. 3. Innovative thinker who can find creative solutions to customer problems. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using basic computer programs and applications. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 7. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
