Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through phone calls and online communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, reservations, and other needs. 2. Provide information about flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other airline-related information. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy. 4. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and survey responses. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards for customer service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. 6. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. 7. Team player with a positive attitude. 8. Proficient in using basic computer applications and call center software.
