Job Description:
Acudeen Technologies is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and resourceful, with excellent communication and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist with answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge - Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements - Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Adaptable and resourceful mindset
