Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Assistant to join our team at Kumu in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be energetic, and reliable.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Strategic planning and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
