Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


GMA Network Inc. is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong sense of independence and resilience.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and provide information or handle inquiries from customers - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or surveys - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues or product inquiries - Escalate calls to appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a cohesive and efficient call center operation - Participate in strategic planning and people management to improve call center performance - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Resilient attitude and problem-solving skills - Strategic planning and people management skills - Knowledge of call center software and CRM systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
