Job Description:
As a Call Center Assistant at Solaire Resort & Casino, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, taking reservations, providing information about the resort and casino amenities, and promoting special events and promotions to callers. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all interactions in the customer database, following up on customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and dedicated personality traits - Emotional intelligence and project management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer applications - High school diploma or equivalent
