Remote Call Center Assistant

AIDE Home Health Care, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Call Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy 2. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families 3.
