Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


KMC Solutions is currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with no experience required.


As a Call Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries - Conducting research to address customer concerns - Negotiating with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to meet performance goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Strong work ethic and reliability - Excellent research and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using computer applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - High school diploma or equivalent
