Job Description: Zennya, a leading provider of mobile wellness and beauty services, is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. 3. Assist customers with scheduling appointments for our services. 4. Update customer information in the database accurately. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service. 6. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions. 8. Adhere to call center policies and procedures at all times. 9. Meet specific performance metrics related to call volume and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities. 2. Passionate: Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service. 3. Cooperation: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members. 4. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
