Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls and other communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information about products and services, and assist with issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to customers. 7. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Independent and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and creativity skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
