Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

First Circle, a leading financial technology company in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about our products and services - Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have - Process customer orders and handle any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Track and record customer interactions in our database for future reference - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits are a must for this role - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
