Job Description:
As a Call Center Assistant at Kumu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, complaints, or feedback received through our call center, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide appropriate responses or solutions to their inquiries - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Document all customer interactions accurately in our system and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery - Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Excellent persuasion skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
