Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Humility Sustainability is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a remote position, you have the flexibility to work from home and contribute to our mission of promoting sustainability and environmental awareness. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, who possess a high level of adaptability and resilience.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems - High level of adaptability and resilience in handling challenging customer interactions
