Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Davao City, Davao, PH. This position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries or concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys - Provide information about products or services offered by the company - Update customer records in the database - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed daily call quotas and quality standards - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient computer skills - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
