Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted is looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess excellent research and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products or services 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or resolve customer issues 3. Assist with order processing and tracking 4. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions 5. Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers 6. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong research and negotiation skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
