Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive interaction with customers. 3. Document all call information accurately and timely in the database. 4. Follow company scripts and guidelines when making calls. 5. Assist in generating sales leads and appointments for the sales team. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall goals and targets. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Decisive and able to make sound decisions. 5. Innovativeness and creative problem-solving skills. 6. Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems. 7. Proficient in English language. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
