Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding our resort, casino, and amenities. 3. Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and inquiries. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for all callers. 6. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the Call Center Manager.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 3. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve efficiently. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. 7. Experience with call center software and systems preferred.
