Call Center Associate

Qwikwire is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions accurately - Utilize resources effectively to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions - Maintain a positive attitude and act as a brand ambassador for Qwikwire - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and deliver a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent mindset to effectively problem solve and handle customer needs - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
