Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and product information - Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor - Utilize creative and innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and escalations - Input and update customer information in the company's database system - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management - Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is essential - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Creativity and innovation to handle unique customer situations - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
