Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a reliable and confident Call Center Associate to join our team in Davao City. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to clients and potential customers.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and potential clients - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products and services - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding Ayala Land properties, services, and promotions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers - Continuously improve knowledge of Ayala Land properties and services

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and listening skills - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
