Job Description:
Philippine Airlines is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers over the phone. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, and we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about flight schedules, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries. 2. Assist customers in resolving issues with their bookings, such as changes to flight dates or seating arrangements. 3. Process payments for ticket reservations and handle refunds as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new processes. 5. Research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
