Job Description - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


Kumu is seeking a confident and independent Call Center Associate to join our team. As a part-time entry-level position based in Taguig, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers through phone calls and emails.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products or services, promotions, and account inquiries. 3. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.


Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Adaptability to handle various customer inquiries and situations - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Confidence in dealing with customers and promoting positive interactions - Independent problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
